The Downtown Facade Improvement project is designed to help property owners in Downtown Sackville make improvements to the exterior of their buildings while maintaining a sense of continuity with the building around it, with an understanding of the historical importance of several of our downtown buildings.
The application process includes consultation with Renaissance Sackville staff and board members, an evaluation of the building by an expert contracted by Renaissance Sackville, and approval of the project by the Renaissance Sackville board of directors. This process can take 3-6 months.
